Vienna Parliament

Written by Arthur Griffith, who founded Sinn Fein in 1905, this book was originally published in 1904. It has been described as "one of the indispensable documents of twentieth-century Irish history." Its central proposal--the withdrawal of Irish elected representatives from Westminster--was inherited from the Hungarian policy of non co-operation with the imperial parliament in Vienna in the 1860s.
